What if I need a continuance? Please call the Court Clerk to reschedule any court date.
What if I need a payment plan? You must appear at court in person to request a payment plan.
What if I forget about my court date? If you do not appear at a scheduled court date, your driver's license may be suspended and a bench warrant may be issued for your arrest. You may also be subject to furhter fines or fees.
What if I am Native American? If you are Native American and received a ticket in the Town of Byng, you must present your CDIB card or tribal enrollment card to the Court Clerk who will forward the matter to the appropriate tribal jurisdiction.
How much is my ticket? You should call the Court Clerk to find out how much yuor ticket is.

The Byng Municipal Court is a court not-of-record for the
Town of Byng, Oklahoma. It has civil, criminal, and administrative jurisdiction in cases arising within the municipal boundaries. Traffic cases are also heard by the Court.
